1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and vip baazi (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vip baazi website and its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

vip baazi reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Player's sole responsibility to review the current version of these Terms before using the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the vip baazi Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between vip baazi and its registered players shall be conducted in English or Bengali.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or connected with your use of the vip baazi Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory. vip baazi operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating territory.

1.2 Language and Communication

All official communications from vip baazi — including account notifications, promotional offers, transaction confirmations, and support responses — are issued in English. Bengali-language support is available through the live chat and email channels for Players who prefer it. However, all binding legal documents, including these Terms, are authoritative in their English version only.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering an account on vip baazi, you expressly confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a company, trust, or other legal entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purposes of gambling on the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification

vip baazi reserves the right to request proof of age from any registered Player at any time. Accepted identity documents for age verification purposes include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, and a government-issued driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of the Player's account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

If vip baazi has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered Player is under the age of 18, the Platform will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. If the Player is subsequently confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (less any amounts already withdrawn), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. vip baazi is committed to preventing underage gambling and encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gambling services.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of vip baazi products and services, Players must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single Player — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the account registration process, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on an official government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth confirming the Player is 18 years of age or older.
• A valid and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• A valid email address to which the Player has exclusive access.
• A secure password chosen by the Player.

Players are obligated to keep their registration information up to date at all times. Any change in personal details — including mobile number, email address, or name following legal name change — must be communicated to vip baazi support promptly by contacting [email protected].

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vip baazi applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts. Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing the Player's registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.

vip baazi aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Accounts pending KYC verification may have deposit and gameplay access but withdrawal functionality will remain restricted until verification is approved.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. vip baazi will never ask for a Player's password via email, live chat, or phone. Players must notify vip baazi support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to their account. vip baazi shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vip baazi Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all displayed balances, betting odds, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

vip baazi currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Player's vip baazi account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect in the account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification being completed. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their original source. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Players to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

vip baazi reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. The Platform may request supporting documentation where a withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the Player's typical transaction history. These checks are carried out to protect the Player and to maintain the integrity of the Platform.

4.3 Transaction Fees

vip baazi does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, Players should be aware that their mobile financial service provider or bank may apply transaction charges independently of vip baazi. Such third-party charges are outside vip baazi's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vip baazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register a verified account on vip baazi and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Full details of the current welcome bonus offer — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and wagering requirements — are published on the Promotions section of the Platform. Eligibility for the welcome bonus is limited to one per household, per device, and per IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are held in the Player's bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal. Stakes placed on games that are excluded from the applicable promotion do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vip baazi monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements artificially (bonus hunting), and coordinating with other players to share the benefit of a single bonus offer. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited, and their account may be suspended.

5.4 vip baazi's Right to Withdraw Promotions

vip baazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational Players and vip baazi reserves the right to exclude specific Players from individual promotions at its sole discretion, for example where a Player's betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the vip baazi Platform. Sport-specific rules and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on vip baazi are accepted subject to the displayed odds at the time the bet is confirmed. vip baazi reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or event. In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are displayed at a level that is clearly and materially incorrect — vip baazi reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to settle affected bets at the correct market price.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, vip baazi's cricket-specific settlement rules will apply as published in the Cricket Rules section of the Platform.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino and slot games on the vip baazi Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published by the game's provider and is available in the game information panel. vip baazi does not manipulate RNG outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant in play, as explained by the live dealer at the table. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game round — including disconnection of the live stream — vip baazi will endeavour to settle the round based on the available game data at the time of the malfunction. Where insufficient data is available to determine the outcome, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to Players.

6.4 Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the vip baazi Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. vip baazi reserves the right to void a bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: system errors resulting in incorrect odds display, duplicate bets placed due to technical fault, and events that do not meet the conditions required for settlement under the applicable rules.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the vip baazi Platform, each Player agrees to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a financial institution in respect of a deposit made to vip baazi.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access any part of the vip baazi Platform without authorisation, or exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language when communicating with vip baazi staff or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purposes of laundering funds derived from illegal activity.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any third party to access or use your vip baazi account, or using a third party's account or payment method.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

vip baazi reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their vip baazi account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, vip baazi will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before closing the account. Players who close their account voluntarily and wish to reopen it at a later date may do so by contacting support, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, access to all Platform products will be blocked, and all marketing communications will be ceased. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. vip baazi will notify the Player via their registered email address before applying a dormant account fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance, or such lesser amount as remains in the balance. Players whose accounts have been classified as dormant may reactivate them by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.4 Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip baazi shall not be liable to any Player for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. vip baazi's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
